Wedding decor isn’t just about the florals; it’s about the entire theme of the day. It sets the tone of the wedding, and it can either be cohesive or not.
We collaborate with our couples to bring their vision to reality. Some couples have a rough idea of what they want, and others simply know what colours they want. That’s where we are able to offer invaluable insight - We create moodboards, and vision documents for all of our couples as standard.
We employ our own photographers with a strong editorial background to photograph our decor on our couples’ wedding day. The photographs then go into a gallery which our couples have full access to.
We recommend the best suppliers in the industry, and we have the same values.
Our bespoke service fees start at £1,500.00 and includes everything you’d expect from a premium supplier - our experience and knowledge, private demonstrations of your decor including revisions, onsite meetings, ongoing support, private moodboards, and professional shots of our decor.

Firstly, we gather information from you about the type of aesthetic you want to achieve at your venue, and look at the inspiration you’ve seen online. It’s important that we know your budget at this point as we “work to your budget”. This means we maximise the decor we can provide for you.
We then create your own moodboard which is hosted on the website, and password protected. This moodboard is updated with new trends and updates up until about 10 weeks before your wedding.

No, we don’t quote on our decor. We work to your budget - This means that we alter the decor we provide based on your budget. The higher your budget, the more decor and more elaborate the styling will be. This also includes accents like table numbers, signage, napkins, charger plates, and sometimes, wedding favours.

We’re based in Swansea, but we cover the whole of South Wales. In fact, most of our couples are based in Cardiff and some further afield.

Everything you’d expect from a premium wedding supplier. This means ongoing support from the outset, video consultations, in person meetings at your venue, bespoke moodboards and updates, professional photography of the decor, and private demonstrations of your decor 3 months before your wedding.

As our contracts are digital, so are our invoices. We sent them via email with a link for card payment.
We typically charge a 20% deposit if your wedding is in the same year, and 10% if your date is in a following year.
As long as the balance is paid within 10 weeks of your wedding, we’re happy, and we provide monthly payment options as well so you can manage your payments easily.

Collaborate
At Strawberry Maple, we love to collaborate with our couples. We love learning about what makes our couples tick, their likes and dislikes, and what type of wedding they envision. We maintain open lines of quality communication with our couples grounded in honesty and trust, because this is important to us.
Vision & Planning
We create a private moodboard for all of our couples, and pair it with a “vision document”.
Our moodboards look at almost every part of the wedding theme - table centres, aisle decor, statement pieces, accent pieces, colours, typeface options, floral options… The list goes on. The point of this exercise is to throw different curve balls into the mix. It helps us, and our couples get creative and really drill down to their “needs and wants”.
Our “Vision Document” is where we give our honest opinion on what we think will work best for our couples.
Creating a cohesive vision for your wedding doesn’t happen instantly; it takes time, and thought - For this reason, we do not book couples at wedding fayres, or take deposits at fayres to “save the date”.
Create & Memorialise
Our couples expect the best, and that’s why we meet all of our couples onsite, at their venue, with their unique decor, well in advance of their wedding day. Our couples appreciate the effort that we undertake to make their decor unique to them, and we strive to add value to our relationships by giving our couples “sneak peaks”.
We employ our own professional photographers who accompany us on the morning of our couples wedding. Our photographers shoot our decor to provide a different perspective to our couples photographers. The photographs then go into an album on our website which our couples are able to download and keep. We love the “high fashion”, and “vogue” vibe, and our clients appreciate our photographers’ editorial backgrounds.
Our couples expect perfection, and we provide it.
Booking Process
Our booking process is really simple. We do everything digitally - From quoting, to contract signing, to issuing invoices.
We prefer card payment. This provides our couples, and likewise us, protection. We pay a processing fee to our card payment processor “Stripe”, but we like being “above board”.
We also offer flexible payment options and as long as the full balance is paid before 10 weeks of your wedding date, we’re happy.
